With them being a pencil and not a crayon i was for sure expecting it to be scratchy with it being glitter, now i havent tried it on my eyes only my hand but i didnt feel like it was scratchy, it wasnt a creamy draw but it wasnt rock hard either like i would expect a pencil to be.
