This listing is for an AirCast Cryo/Cuff cooler, hose, and shoulder wrap. They work well, with only moderate signs of use (see photos). The drain cap for the cooler is missing, but as long as you keep the hose attached and the end held up by the strap while the cooler is full it works fine. The glue on most of the velcro patches is a bit loose with age, but since all of the velcro patches are also stitched into place this doesn't affect function. Note that this is a gravity-fed model, NOT a powered pump model.
