Please refrain from using fixed uppercase as this could make the script font difficult to read. All other personalisation will appear in fixed uppercase. When you have placed your order, you will receive an email containing a link to personalise your item. Follow the link to submit the personalised details you require. If personalisation is not received within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled. Please check your junk folder for the email. Once personalisation has been submitted, the order cannot be cancelled or amended, as it will automatically be sent into production and will be despatched within three working days.
