A haiku poet from the mid-Edo period. Born in Kyoto. The second son of haiku poet Rokei Takai. His edited works include "Kisekage" and "Akegarasu.". Died in 1789 at the age of 49. “Kansei Kotori Haiku Roku” 1st year of Kansei, 49 years old.
