Two broken ladies battery watches, Sekonda and Equinox, for repair or parts

One is a Sekonda make and the other is an Equinox. Here we have two ladies watches which are no longer working. Both watches are battery operated. One is an elasticated silver coloured bracelet, maybe stainless steel, but we are unsure.
